There's a long and complicated story to my estrangement to most of my family. Sadly, this turned out to be another twist in the painful plot. He is ill but not on his death-bed yet. He didn't even ask for us to contact him, it was his wife. Not pleased but it definitely helped clarify my feelings.

So on to something more painlessly entertaining than my actual life. Go ahead and post that interjection of Ahab's.

K. Haven't read it yet. I'm exhausted, my co-worker retired two weeks ago and they haven't hired a replacement yet..... I've been doing 9 to 10 hour days since and it looks like maybe another week of this insanity at the least. I'll post something up this weekend.

I'm exhausted. Got some stupid cold or virus last week that's just lingering forever. I missed half a day of work to it this week. And I have worked 9 to 11 hour days otherwise for the last two weeks.
I think I've spent most of my off time sleeping and still just want to sleep more.
Good news, besides I'm still alive, they finally hired another inspector. The short end of it; I have to train him as well as my normal duties. My boss has been training him the last two days and a quarter of what he's trained is totally wrong. But that means in another month I should be back to normal hours.

all good im around get to it when you can and try and enjoy your holiday
