DM with very little experience want to start a small game

OK there's a little story a wanna try DMing, BUT I don't have much experience at it in general and only one time at Shadowrun (PnP), and in online games, I tried once as a player and the game was quickly abandoned, so don't expect too much, I'm not even sure it'll get very far...

here's what I'm looking for:
- 4 players max, more would be too much to handle for me. A face is needed, and a mage would be appreciated, also I love the Matrix, but I'm not familiar enough with it, you'll have a NPC "taking care" of Matrix stuff so please no hacker/technomancer, a rigger could be ok though
- I'm looking for moral characters, you'll have to do some pro-bono stuff and you will have some moral dilemmas
- 400 bp, basic SR 4 stuff + Runner Companion + Street Magic (the books that I have), for other stuff, I'll see... give me the ref and I'll try to find it
- I'm reserving the right to refuse a char if I judge it too much min/maxed or implausible
- I need a background for characters, but then not a novel please, something between 1/2 a page to 2 pages max
- I give you 2*charisma in free contact points
If there's more than 4 ppl interested, 1st come 1st serve, but if 2 or 3 similar char show up, I may go to the next in line

other considerations:
- it will take place in Seattle
- the pace will probably be slow, I don't want to spend too much time on this, I'll try to post every 2 or 3 days
- the IC and OCC will be in the same forum, when in OCC, just start your msg with -OCC-

so... that pretty much covers it, oh and by the way, english is not my first language so plz pardon me if I make mistakes

Backstory Its short, but so far she hasn't had a chance to really experience too much of the world

If you still need runners, I have an Ork "Mercenary" char available. All around combat specialist, ex UCAS specops type.

If you're looking for magic, I have a shaman specializing in manipulation and healing both magical and mundane.

Also I would like to know if we are using anything else than SM and RC because a lot of the guys above have gear and qualities from arsenal, aug. and some I couldn't even find in any of my books (I hope we aren't using war because I'm not familiar with that)
