A Time For Secrets - Want Ads

I am more interested in seeing the background you want, than the one that fits the run. Let's get it all fleshed out in a way that makes the most sense to you for your character.

cool thanks ill have it done by tommorow. are you using the free contacts optional rule or do i need to mover around my points to build a couple contacts?

Sorry my computer went down. Posting from my blackberry. Am getting laptop back from friend tonight. Should have mage posted by morning.

I just spent a good hour trying to find out whether or not the original allowed the optional rule for some free contacts, and couldn't find anything. I searched through the past 2 iterations of this campaign, and couldn't tell!
Anyway, make a long story short, I am going to have to say "no" to the optional rule, even though I will be allowing it in any run that I initiate myself. Simply because I don't believe that they were allowed in the original character creation. Good question though! One I hadn't anticipated.

Mage up, mostly. I still need to finish his gear, check my math, Check his spells, and make some final tweaks... plus a background which I have a vague idea but I suck at writing.

It is Wednesday, 4/28. I will give anyone who wants to fill in some of the "May Hire" spots until Monday, 5/3, to have a finalize character in my hands.

I will open up the Run Post on Friday, 4/30, with our initial post, so that we can all start the RP and get the story rolling. Anyone who comes in over the weekend will be ushered in as quickly as possible. I will close the "Want Ad" on Monday, 5/3.

A side note: The "Audition" run is an in-game concept only. We will invite anyone who wishes to continue to play into the run following the audition.

Alright, we are just about to move in to the run. Darkwolf and Neurok_Shinobi, I need to see background stories for your characters. Also, it is good to make sure that you weave your contacts in to your background, since they should be there... That last point goes for you too Outpost, if you can also flesh out the back story a bit more? Rcoverdale, I like what I have seen so far, but you should post it in your characters thread so all can see it. Your background is a great example for people to look to.

What's the date in your game?
