Savage tries to Block, but misses. His eyes widen in surprise as the dwarf slips through his superior reach.

"No sweat, shrimp. So you grabbed me, now what are you gonna do with me? If I fall on you, there won't be enough of you left to mail home to momma!"

the crowd erupts in cheers as the dwarf pulls the troll's legs out from under him and he falls to the ground with a crash (Maulers strength + net successes of two was greater than Savage's body), Mauler scrambles to mount the troll.

Previous defenses only count on defending against additional attacks per round, so
a. you dont have a previous defense penalty for making an action
b. it would only have been two because your have defended twice against maulers attacks this round (but they are actually zero because this isn't a defense action)
c. you already used edge this fight.

So you get to add three dice to the previous roll (4 from the previous defense neg -1 for edge)
