Curiosity brings the Troll into the room, where he listens to the woman he is to be employed by. The number of nuyen involved is large to him, but perhaps not to the others, whom he watches with a good deal of interest.

The name of the apparent target in question, Aoiro, does not sound familiar to him; neither does the rocker. Before introducing himself to the others, he sends a message to his own contact.

Facing the others, Stoneclaw speaks slowly and carefully, a low, deep but nonthreatening growl in his voice.

'I am Stoneclaw. I know the ways of the spirits, and of healing,' he offers, in a voice devoid of any slang one might have picked up on the street.

Zenith looks around at the others and says

"Ok Chummers, so whats the Biz? we slotting and running or what?"

"Okay miss, 100k for the team it is, but we do things our way, we get the rights transfered to you, no questions asked. Okay? Oh and i have just one last question for you, How did he die?" Acting a little cross as the troll entered the room, there were too many guns in the room, and that usual meant people that were on edge, no one calm that she could control, lets just hope they can follow orders, turning to the troll, the other human, and the ork. "From what it seems we have a lady here who needs a serious re-adjustment over whats hers, our employer is the rightful owner of some contract, and we are paid to convince the first lady the truth. Time doesn't seam to be a major factor, and here are the particulars.

1. Ms. Fujin-koori, our employer and the girlfriend of Kuro Tenshi, his music belongs to her.

2. Kuro Tenshi AkA Jim Crull, the late rocker who's music rights we're to acquire.

3. Aoiro, Mr. Tenshi's surviving manager, although it appears she has next to no connection to him as of yet.

1.) Kuro Tenshi (Jim Crull)
Whoa! This guy is a legend of the streets. Made his career singing a strange, haunting style of protest music. Disgusted by the commercialism of the music industry, he never made records and turned down gigs in major establishments. Death transformed Kuro Tenshi into a pop hero. The unexpected posthumous release of a Tenshi album, Flaming Wings, made him a novastar.

Talked to a reporter who is now chasing ME for information about Kuro Tenshi and she said:
"Tenshi comes from a corporate family, name of Crull. His folks worked in a Seattle branch of MCT. But Tenshi just didn't scan the shaikujin scene. Tenshi told the MCT boys to take their contract and slot it."

Talked to an upline MCT wage slave in an online chat and he said:
"Tenshi's brother, Edward, stuck with MCT. I heard Lone Star found Tenshi's body with a coupla trolls named Hack and Slash who wuz gonna sell him for spare parts. Ya wanna find the trogs, they hang out at Heaven."

2.) Aoiro
Owns Studio X, one of Seattle's minor recording studios found in a little industrial center in Renton's Meredith district. She gives young bands a place to start and markets records too radical for the major corporations to touch.


Studio X
The studio meant nothing until Aoiro suddenly obtained rights to Kuro Tenshi's music.

Talked to a rocker type who said:
"Aoiro? We're talking the chica with the highest body count in the biz. She comes from the old school of love 'em and dump 'em, and if they hang around, pound the drek out of 'em."

Talked to a Media Producer online and she said:
"Aoiro had no connection with Tenshi before X released Flaming Wings. None, nada, nothing."


With a quick smile she finishes her summary and stashes her datapad back in her pocket. All the information pointed to a just cause, but who knew what the shadows hid without a light.

"I say we go and have a chat with this Aoiro lady then, agreed?"

Zenith, understanding that it was a good time to leave and start says

"So Ka, Lets jet!"

And begins to head towards the door motioning others to follow.

"Allright, lets go see this joygirl"

Walks out the door by herself, letting the others follow her as she headed to the address G. had supplied her, tonight would just be a stakeout for her. "Boys tonight we just gather information on this girl, no grilling her yet... and if my information is correct, yet will be a very short time." taking a quick look through her notes of the city, trying to find a good sniping position in which to spy on Aoiro.

LONE STAR WINS AT CANNES
The world's connoiseurs of commercials bestowed their highest honor on the Seattle branch of Lone Star on Thursday. In a ceremony in Cannes, France, the Association of Advertising Producers selected LS's recent advertising campaign as the best of 2070. The well-known ads consist of video clips apparently filmed during an actual sting operation. The spots feature scenes of urban combat, complete with automatic weapons, high explosives and extended footage of a berserk combat mage in action.

RESEARCH SCIENTIST DIES IN TIGER ATTACK
A local parazoologist was killed by two marauding albino tigers on Thursday. Researcher Fred Emerson of the Seattle Paranormal Facility was gathering data for a study of the habitats of gene infused tigers, colloquially known as Weretigers, when he was killed during a feeding frenzy. "He had said he wanted to really 'get inside' these beautiful animals," commented a colleague, Dr. Esther Clinton of Seattle University. "I guess he got his wish."

FALLEN NOVA HERO
Scorched Dawn, the second Kuro Tenshi album from Studio X, hit the record stores Thursday. Although sales have been respectable, public interest in the elven singer has clearly waned since the release of Flaming Wings, which coincided with news of the singer's dramatic suicide.
"These trends only last so long," said Ari Tarkasian from Shangri-La Productions. "Even death can't make you immortal."

LONE STAR WINS AT CANNES
The metahuman awareness group, Friends of Trolls, kicked off its second recruitment drive for the year this week. For a donation of 5,000 nuyen, individuals receuve t-shirts and bumper stickers identifying them as Trollfriends.
"I think this group is a really positive thing," says Hatchet Tha Bury, himself a troll and a leader in the Trollfriends movement. "Showing one's support for the troll community isn't just a matter of politics. It's a very healthy step for an individual."

He takes a moment to glance at the bulletin he is sent, then makes his way over to Studio X. He catches a cab (or other available public transportation) and has it drop him off several blocks distant, from where he will meet up with the others.

Takes a quick peak at the message, scans the information into her commlink and sends it to G. Almost seams like she is pumping out all the music she can before she gets caught. Taking a calm walk over to the address of Aoiro, Allanah would take a look near the surrounding areas looking for a good place to get a peak.

Spotting a decent vanatage point, Allanah would cast invisibility and gecko walk and procede up the face of the proper building till she got up to the roof.

gecko crawl f(4) magic 5 + spell 5 - 2 sustained invisibilty = 4 hits or twelve meters per turn
drain 1 willpower 5 + logic 4 - 2 sustained invisibilty = 3

total drain 4-4 = resisted fully/1-3 resisted fully: no damage

effects: opposed test must beat a twelve to perceive me (force 5 + hits 7) . Allanah Can also walk along any surface at a rate of 12 meters per turn. Both spells are sustained until she gets to the roof.

Once Allanah would get to the roof of the building she would look out towards where Aoiro would be., Withdrawing her MA-2100 sniper rifle from the case while sustaining the invisibilty spell.

When zenith arrives at Studio; he will wait patiently for the others to catch up, taking a long look at the building until they arrive. He will choose an ally way and lock-down his bike.

Time is of the essence. But this shouldn't be to hard

Baracuda hops on a cab and heads to the club. He scans the message he receives while being transported. As soon as he makes it to the club, he goes to a corner opposite the club and waits for the others.

Sliding in between the cars crowding the streets of downtown Seattle Pyke ran over the message he'd gotten from his fixer Sid, Some bif down at Club Chlaroscuro has work for interested runners. of course I thought of you immediately. Head down to the club and ask for a Fujin-Koori.

Gunning the engine of his Suzuki Mirage the white haired elf blew through a traffic light the blare of horns marking his passing, Sid's a real piece of drek but he's the only fixer who'll return my calls....I can't believe he didn't tell me about this run until AFTER it'd started. Still according to Fujin-Koori the rest of the group are headed to Studio X so I should be able to catch up with them there if I hurry.

The wail of his high speed engine whirring into a higher gear gives credence to the rush Pyke was in. It wouldn't be too much longer until he got to Studio X, he just hoped there'd still be a team to meet and a run to do by the time he got there.

"Going In chummers, to say hoi: Stone claw, Baracuda scan my lead n follow soka? Allanah ounce I get the arc of the scene, prepare to geek under judgment k chica? Trust me."

With that Zenith strolls into Studio X through the front door.

Allanah quite content being perched far away and keeping an eye on her team would reply to the odd male through a message. Firing a quick thank you to her sister as well

Zenith Strolls up to the secretary, puts on his best mono-tone voice and says:

Zenith then goes into a gritty emotionally high pitched voice, gives a devil horn rock hand gesture, head bangs, and says :"ELECTRO WER-TIGERS!"

then immediately goes back to a mono-tone voice: "...is here to see, I believe Ms.
Aoiro...I think I'm not sure if that's the person, that we are here k?"

He then gives her the best smile he can manage.

Looks at the other suit in the room and says with sigh " Does he have an appointment, I mean come on Chica We are looking to be a Tribute Band for KURO TENSHI! and we heard Ms. Aorio has the Angels and some, and I mean some but not all of his wiz music. You can tell her that...(points to Barracuda) Stripes here, that's his band name by the way, might know where Tenshi's Secret stash of compositions is: you scan? You should tell the big boss Exec that piece of soy and see what she says.
