Who said running the shadows was easy? Dodging bullets, swords, spirits, and spells just to name a few. Elves, Dwarves, Trolls, even the occasional Dragon can make any Shadowrun go bad.

I've had an idea for a particular character for a while. Part of his backstory is he is involved with helping ganger kids stay out of trouble (not get them out of the gangs, keep them out of jail and out of fights with other gangs). One of his contacts was going to be the little brother of a gang leader who owes him. My idea for this contact was for the gang to specialize in stolen goods and make it easy to get stolen goods under certain availability for cheap. I was worried that since I hadn't planned on them specializing (guns, vehicles, drones, etc) that it might be too much of an advantage to have a contact that could get you anything that wasn't rare. (for instance no problem getting you a delivery truck, assault rifles, and a fake id, but not a tank, a minigun, and a military ID)

Most experienced GM's wouldn't have a problem at all with this contact. They would require that you take the Positive Quality: Black Market Pipeline. The rest of your description is just a good Contact Backstory, which is also often requested by experienced GMs.
